Overview
C-Ment Dispatch (“we”, “the app”) is a workplace tool used by concrete companies to schedule and manage deliveries. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to provide the service.
Information We Collect
When you use C-Ment Dispatch, we collect the following information directly from you and your organization:
- Account information: your email address and password (encrypted) for sign-in.
- Profile information: your name, phone number, and role within your organization, as set up by your company administrator.
- Work data: job assignments, delivery records, vehicle and equipment information, customer information, and maintenance logs your organization creates within the app.
- Delivery proof photos: photographs you take or upload to document delivery completion. These are stored only for your organization to reference.
- App usage data: when you sign in, what actions you take, error reports. We use this to keep the app working reliably.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the dispatch and delivery management features your organization uses.
- Authenticate your identity when you sign in.
- Send you account-related notifications (e.g., password resets).
- Diagnose problems and improve the service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not share your work data with anyone outside your organization.
How Your Data is Stored
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (a SOC 2 Type II compliant database service) hosted in U.S. West data centers. Each organization’s data is isolated using row-level security — administrators and members of one organization cannot access another organization’s data.
Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage and are accessible only to authenticated members of your organization.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate C-Ment Dispatch:
- Supabase: database, authentication, and file storage. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Vercel: hosting for the C-Ment Dispatch web application. See Vercel Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: mobile app distribution. Both stores collect their own data per their respective policies.
Your Rights and Choices
Because C-Ment Dispatch is used by your employer, your organization’s administrator manages your account. You may:
- Access your data: view all data associated with your account from within the app.
- Update your data: correct or change information stored about you.
- Delete your data: contact your organization’s administrator to remove your account, or contact us at the email below.
If you are based in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, additional rights apply to you under GDPR or CCPA. Contact us at the email below to exercise those rights.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your organization uses C-Ment Dispatch and for a reasonable period afterward as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
Children’s Privacy
C-Ment Dispatch is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as the service evolves or as required by law. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated via email to your organization’s administrator.
