Common Questions
How do I sign in?
Use the email and password your administrator set up for you. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in screen.
I’m a driver. How do I see my jobs?
Sign in to the C-Ment Dispatch mobile app. Your assigned jobs for the day appear on the home screen. Tap a job to view details, update status, or capture delivery photos.
The app says I’m offline. What now?
C-Ment Dispatch works offline. Status changes you make while offline are saved locally and uploaded automatically when you reconnect. Look for the sync indicator at the top of the screen.
I’m seeing the wrong jobs / wrong organization.
Your account is associated with one organization. If you’ve switched companies or need to access a different organization, contact your administrator or email us at the address above.
How do I add new drivers, trucks, or customers?
Administrators and schedulers can add drivers, trucks, customers, and other resources through the C-Ment Dispatch web portal. Drivers using the mobile app can view but not modify these records.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact your organization’s administrator or email us at the address above. Account deletion takes effect within 30 days.
System Status
If you’re experiencing problems, check whether C-Ment Dispatch services are operating normally by trying to sign in via the web portal. If sign-in fails for everyone in your organization, we likely already know and are working on it. Email us for status updates.
