What Ready-Mix Dispatch Software Actually Costs in 2026

Try this experiment. Open the website of any major concrete dispatch software vendor — Command Alkon, Sysdyne, take your pick — and look for a price.

You won’t find one. Not a number, not a range, not a starting-at. What you’ll find is a “Request a Demo” button, and behind that button is a sales process: a discovery call, a demo scheduled for next week, a custom quote based on your fleet size, your user count, and which modules they decide you need.

We think you should be able to see the price before you talk to anyone. So here’s ours, and here’s what to expect from everyone else.

C-Ment Dispatch costs $399 per month. Unlimited customers, jobs, drivers, and trucks. Web dispatch, iOS and Android driver apps, mix designs, batch records with actual scale weights, multi-material inventory. There’s a 30-day free trial, you set it up yourself the same day, and there’s no contract, no implementation fee, and no training package — because if dispatch software needs a training package, it was built wrong.

And because concrete is a seasonal business, there’s an annual option built for it: $4,389 for the year — one month free. Pay once during pour season, and there’s no software bill sitting in your inbox in January. Start monthly, switch to annual from your billing page whenever your busy season hits, and that becomes your renewal date every year after.

That’s everything. There is no asterisk.

It’s not an accident. When a vendor’s pricing depends on a sales conversation, it’s because the price is the conversation — it flexes based on fleet size, module selection, and, frankly, what your operation looks like it can pay.

For the big producers those platforms are built for, that model can make sense. Enterprise producers running dozens of trucks across multiple plants need deep batch-plant integration, and they have IT staff and procurement departments to negotiate with. The tools are genuinely powerful.

But if you’re running two to fifteen trucks out of one or two plants, you’re being priced with the same machinery — and the quote that comes back typically isn’t one number. Based on how these platforms are sold, expect the quote to have several parts:

1. The base subscription — often scaled per truck, per user, or per plant, so it grows as you do.
2. Modules — dispatch is one line item; ticketing, driver tracking, customer portal, and accounting integration are often others.
3. Implementation — enterprise dispatch systems generally aren’t self-serve. Setup is a project, and projects are billed.
4. Training — because the software assumes a trained dispatcher, there’s usually a training component for your staff.
5. The contract — annual terms are the norm, so the real question isn’t the monthly figure, it’s the yearly commitment.

We’re not going to put a dollar figure on someone else’s quote — pricing varies, and you deserve real numbers, not our guess. So get the quote. Genuinely. Then put it next to $4,788/year, all-in, and decide which one was built for an operation your size.

Transparency cuts both ways, so here’s the part most vendors bury: C-Ment Dispatch does not currently have GPS truck tracking, invoicing, or reporting dashboards. If any of those is a must-have today, we are not your tool yet — some of the enterprise platforms do those things well, and you should use one of them.
