- Your card is charged $399 on March 1, 2027 — or $4,389 if you switched to annual before then. Cancel any time before March 1 and you won't be billed. Cancel any time after that too — no contracts, no fees, no penalties.
- Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
- Yes. Concrete is a seasonal business. Pay $4,389 upfront for 12 months — one month free — and skip the off-season billing. Start on the monthly plan, then switch to annual anytime from your billing page; the change takes effect at your next renewal.
- What's the cancellation policy?
- Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't hold your data hostage — export everything.
