What’s on the schedule
This is the one-page daily job board a small ready-mix operation uses to keep the whole day’s work visible — who’s hauling what, where, and when.
- Job rows — each row is one scheduled load, with columns for time, customer, job site, mix, yards, truck, driver, pump, load / return times, status, and notes.
- Status-code legend — a short shared vocabulary for where each load sits in the day (scheduled, en route, on-site, returning, delivered, cancelled), printed on the sheet so nobody has to remember what a code means.
- Day totals — total yards, total loads, total delivered.
- Truck summary — a per-truck block showing loads and yards each truck ran that day.
PDF vs. Excel
The PDF is landscape and holds 16 job rows — sized for the classic clipboard-on-the-desk use, print it in the morning and mark it up through the day.
The Excel version has 20 rows, a frozen header (so it stays visible when you scroll), and dropdowns on the Status and Pump columns so entries stay consistent. Day totals (yards, loads, delivered count) update automatically, and the truck summary block auto-populates each truck’s loads and yards via COUNTIF / SUMIF — no manual retallying at the end of the day.
Free, no signup
Both files are free. No email address required, no license terms — download, edit the header with your company name, and start using them. If they save you an hour, we’d appreciate you telling one other producer where you found them.
